Tasting notes:

Nose: Buttercream icing, pencil shavings, RC Cola, and shortbread

Palate: The front brings caramel, sea breeze and the RC Cola from the nose. The mid palate takes a big turn towards fruit flavors of green apple and cherry pie. This doesn’t last long and one quickly finds themselves with classic charred oak notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and root beer. 

Finish: The root beer lives long as the finish holds those notes from the back of the palate, leaving very little from the early notes.

Overall:  This is the bottle to keep on the shelf and share with your friends who think that they’ve had everything.
