Mash bill: 70% Corn/ 20% Rye/ 10% Malted Barley
Distillery: Green River Distilling (OZ Tyler Distillery)
Bottler: Bourbon Rabbi
Tasting notes:

Nose: Carob, caramel, cola, and chocolate.

Palate: Red apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Pretty classic.

Finish: Probably the best part. It hangs there with plenty of cinnamon and brown sugar.
